KVKK Privacy Notice
Çaysa Filiz Çay information notice on the processing of personal data under Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698.
This Information Notice has been prepared by Çaysa Filiz Çay (Çinik Mahallesi Büyüklü Bulvarı No:89 Tekkeköy/SAMSUN), as the data controller, pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Processed Personal Data
During the membership and order processes, the following personal data is processed: identification information (first name, last name), contact information (phone number, email address, physical address), order and billing information, and transaction security logs related to website usage (IP address, log records). We do not store payment card information; transactions are processed through payment service providers.
Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed for the creation of memberships and orders and the fulfillment of deliveries (establishment and performance of the contract), issuing invoices and fulfilling retention obligations (legal obligation), addressing requests and complaints (legitimate interest), and, if you have given your explicit consent, sending campaign notifications (explicit consent).
Transfer
Your data may be transferred, limited to the specific purpose, to shipping companies for delivery, to payment institutions for processing payments, to authorized public institutions when required by law, and to IT infrastructure providers from whom we receive services.
Retention Period
Data is retained for the periods specified in relevant legislation (e.g., 10 years for invoice records); in cases where no specific period is stipulated, it is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and is subsequently deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; if so, to request information about it; to request its correction or deletion; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis by automated systems; and to request compensation for any resulting harm. You may submit your requests in writing to [email protected] or to our mailing address listed above; requests will be resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
