Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Şule brand and the Çaysa brand?

Both are produced under the same umbrella. Şule Gold has its own distinct blend characterized by a balanced and mellow profile.

I’m looking for a mild tea—is this right for me?

Yes; it’s a blend with low astringency and a smooth taste. For those who prefer a stronger tea, we recommend our Tiryaki series.

What happens if the steeping time is extended?

The color will darken, but the flavor balance is maintained for a long time; however, the best results are achieved within a 12–15-minute range.
